Using Army Knife to Turn Filenames into Titles

This one's really fast and fun. Drop a bunch of audio files into the Army Knife program included free with your TuneTracker System.


  1. The left and right arrow buttons let you flip through pages and pages of MyShow buttons, all configured exactly as you want them.
  2. Click on the Edit button and choose "Name."
  3. The left and right arrow buttons let you flip through pages and pages of MyShow buttons, all configured exactly as you want them.
  4. Select "Name to Attributes."
  5. The left and right arrow buttons let you flip through pages and pages of MyShow buttons, all configured exactly as you want them.
  6. Under Filename, choose "new," and create an entry that looks like this:

    /t.mp3 (use whatever file extension your audio files end with)


  7. The left and right arrow buttons let you flip through pages and pages of MyShow buttons, all configured exactly as you want them.
  8. Click "Add"
  9. The left and right arrow buttons let you flip through pages and pages of MyShow buttons, all configured exactly as you want them.
  10. Click "Apply," and the names of the files will be assigned to their respective Title attributes.

A complex filename that contains multiple categories of information (Artist, Album, Title, etc), separated by hypens, can also be broken down into attributes. Look over the available options shown in the Filename dropdown list, and if you don't see one that matches your filename structure, you can create your own using the guide on the screen.
