About TuneTracker Systems
For 25 years, TuneTracker Systems has been focused on one thing: giving every station — regardless of size or budget — the tools the big ones have.
Our Story
TuneTracker Systems was built from the inside out — by people who understand broadcasting, not just software. We know what it means to have a show that needs to be ready by 6am. We know what the impact is when automation fails at 2am. We know what it's like to need a feature and be told it's on the roadmap for next year.
So we built something different: A system with an abundance of useful features at a price that doesn't require a bank loan — so now, even the community station, the college station, and the startup internet broadcaster can do exactly what the fifty-kilowatt commercial operation down the road does.
That was our focus when we started, 25 years ago. It still is.
What We Believe
TuneTracker is famous for one thing above all else: it runs. Day after day, unattended, without drama. Our users measure uptime in years, not weeks. When the power comes back on, AutoCast finds its place to the exact second and keeps going.
Professional broadcast automation shouldn't require a manual the size of a phone book. TuneTracker is designed to make sense — to a programmer who's been doing this for decades, and to a volunteer running a board for the first time. Both should feel at home.
When you contact TuneTracker support, you reach a real person who knows the software inside and out. Not a help desk. Not AI. Not a ticket queue that goes nowhere. A broadcaster, who understands your problem and can actually solve it.
Small broadcasters deserve the same tools as the big ones. The size of your tower shouldn't determine the quality of your automation. That's never been acceptable to us.
The broadcast automation market spent decades treating small stations as an afterthought — offering stripped-down “lite” versions of enterprise software at prices that were still out of reach, with features removed that stations actually needed.
We took a different approach: Build the full-featured system first. Price it so that even the smallest of small market stations with a volunteer staff can afford. And don't make them choose between capability and cost.
Twenty-five years later, that philosophy is still the foundation of everything we do.
What Sets Us Apart
The user experience has always been the central focus. Every feature explains itself through context-help. Each app has a clear, friendly User's Guide that opens with a single click. AutoCast takes it further with AutoVision — in-app videos that walk you through everything. Built for macOS, optimized for Apple computers.
You pay once and TuneTracker System is yours. No annual renewals. No subscription creep. No vendor calling with a price increase. That's our promise.
AutoCast, ClockWork, Librarian, SignalCaster — built together, working together. No patching together tools from different vendors. Every app is a part of the whole, and they all speak to each other.
TuneTracker isn't a new product with a slick website. It's a system that's been used in real stations, improved through real feedback, and refined continuously for a quarter century. That depth doesn't come from a launch.
